Warranty

We guarantee the quality and function of the products when used in the correct manner as illustrated on each product’s instructions. The Warranty guarantees repair or replacement when product failure is due to manufacturing defects.  Limited Warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship and is only extended to the original purchaser during the applicable warranty term. The warranty does not cover damage or product failure due to incorrect use, mistreatment, failure to follow instructions, destruction, loss, theft or vandalism, or unauthorized alteration.
 
Banner Stands are backed with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that all banner stand hardware will be free from physical defects in materials or workmanship under normal use by the original owner.
 
Hybrid Systems are backed with Limited Lifetime Warranty that all Hybrid System hardware will be free from physical defects in materials or workmanship under normal use by the original owner.
 
Truss Systems are backed with a Five Year Warranty that all Truss System hardware will be free from physical defects in materials or workmanship under normal use by the original owner.
 
Graphic and Fabric Panels are backed with a One Year Warranty that all panels will be free from physical defects in materials or workmanship. No warranty will apply to improperly rolled or stored panels.
 
Pop-Up Systems are backed with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that all Pop-Up System hardware will be free from physical defects in materials or workmanship under normal use by the original owner.
 
Counters and Pedestals are backed with Limited Lifetime Warranty that all Counters and Pedestals will be free from physical defects in materials or workmanship under normal use by the original owner.
 
Brochure Stands are backed with Limited Lifetime Warranty that all Brochure Stands will be free from physical defects in materials or workmanship under normal use by the original owner.
 
All accessories including bags, lights, cassettes, event tents and shipping cases, are subject to a warranty period of one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defect in materials and workmanship.
 
Warranty repairs will follow general turn around times and will need to be coordinated and processed through Alliance customer service. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Alliance will also make available, for all reasonable requests, appropriate replacement parts so Alliance’s direct customers have the option to make necessary repairs themselves. Items such as pop-up scissors, hubs, case locks  and wheel kits for example can be requested from and shipped from Alliance or direct from the manufacture.
